  • Bronze Level Sponsorship ($2,500)
Meal & Reception Sponsor Levels
Sponsors will receive recognition through a variety of channels, based on the level of your sponsorship. See entitlement grid on following page for details.
  • Welcome Reception on Sunday - $3,000 (multiple opportunities)
  • Buffet Lunch Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday - $2,000 per day (multiple opportunities)
  • Poster Social on Monday or Tuesday - $2,000 (multiple opportunities)
  • Banquet Dinner on Tuesday - $2,000 (multiple opportunities)
  • Refreshment Breaks Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (mid-morning and mid-afternoon) - $1,000 each
  • International Travel Scholarship - $1,000
Exhibit Space
$750.00/$850.00* *Rates increase after June 1st
A standard exhibit space includes one complimentary registration/banquet ticket, a brief company listing in the final program, and a 6 skirted table. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first paid, first served basis, and will be set up in a central location within all other conference meeting space. Power & internet for booth space is not included in booth fee and will be available for an additional charge.

Set-up:
Sunday, August 25th from 2:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m.

Exhibit Open:
Monday, August 26th - 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 27th - 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, August 28th - 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Tear-down:
Wednesday, August 28th after 3:00 p.m.
